That doesn't look like the optional pad I bought for my KSG years ago.
That pad was wider all the way down.

Whether it's still available, Bullpup Armory lists it with some photos showing the wider and thicker size.
It appears to be even thicker then the one you showed above.

The "new" (gen 2?) version of K-T's replacement pad is smaller, thinner, & less expensive than the "OG" replacement pad. I'll stay with the OG replacement pad.

I bought Keltecs extended pad and I love it for 36$, no slip-on just simply that, I often am so confused why people think or don’t think a 26” plastic 12gauge bullpup shotgun is going to be a not hurt your shoulder tool. I personally don’t think it hurts, jolts YES but you better plant that thing before you pull that trigger. Not a great pic but is with the extended one on compaired to the original, really not that much different but was in the grade of recoil to me I would recommend it . Very happy super fun

I know right. Any shotgun can be uncomfortable. The OEM stock recoil pad is too narrow thats why it seems sharp. The wider one disperses recoil better. Still i wanted even softer shooting so the.Mcarbo slip on over the one you bought makes it a pussy cat to shoot.

The one referenced by shooty Mcbang does it all in one nice clean package.

The cnc work is excellent. I picked one up and its worth it in my book.

I agree and bought one as well. The issue I'm running into is the LOP. I have to make sure I get it far enough away from me before I can get down on it. Tough to do with a stroke involved. Does anyone, can anyone put a tape measure to the one I bought have? Mine is on the right. IMHO I think gaining .5" shortening would help!

Mine with the cnc recoil pad is 14 inches. I usually set my shotguns and rifles yp to have 13 to 13.5 inches. But this seems to work well. I actually thought it was at 13.5 inches.
Thanks I found the other on prime so I ordered it. I'll send it back if it doesn't work. I may try my hand at a review/comparison. Understandably the cost will drive many away but I'll call it like I see it. I just had a little difficulty shouldering with my jacket on, and my t-shirt would snag. The stroke just makes it hard to maneuver.
Thanks for the picture.

Hello …… I read your review from 2016 and it was excellent. I would like to purchase one for my new KSG12. This version seems to be sold out. Can you reach out to your friend and ask if he’s making them anymore and if so, when will they be available? He doesn’t reply to eBay inquiries.

Thanks!

Not like the one on eBay, which is a steal for what it is at the price. But, it hasn't been in stock from what I've seen for a while now. I designed an adapter for a Limb Saver pad because the ones on the market didn't appeal to me. You can download the .stl file and FDM print it, or have someone you know with a printer print it. The real picture is mine with an older style. The CAD picture is of the updated style that you can download.

That looks nice!! I know nothing about 3D printing. Do you have a file for the KSG12? What material should this be printed from. Thanks for your help.

I don't have one for the KSG. I only did this for the KS7 because that's what I have. "PLA Plus" should be good enough using high detail.

Completely understand. Thanks for reaching out!! Will go with Keltecs enhanced pad and the slip over Limbsaver together. I head that’s the next best thing after the milled/Limbsaver pads. I’ve used Limbsaver for years. Gotta go with what you know!!
