Long story short: has anyone tried the X Grip or something similar on their G17 mags in the G19 Sub2k? I find the grip of the G19 Sub2k to short and always using my G17 mags for the 3 finger grip but want to know if the X Grip Magazine adapter will fit before I dump money into it? Thanks.

I use the X-Grip adapter with my G17 mags for my Glock 19, because of my big hands (& a couple additional rounds never hurts...)

I see no reason why they wouldn't work for your G19 S2K-G2

I have the G17 version of the Sub-2000; never tried the G19 model.

I'm worried it won't lock up. The grip of the S2K looks different from a Glock grip. Still need 100% confirmation before I drop money on it.

A little judicious use of a sanding block would fix whatever difference you might see. You'd have been totally lost 10 years ago. Just buy one to try and modify if needed. If it works you'll know what to do on additional ones.

Do you suppose I though ANY of this stuff would fit in 2006?

A little trimming, filing, sanding would probably be required. It's made of a medium density, pliable rubber; easy to work with.
