Hey guys and girls. So, as I'm sure we all do, I've been binge reading sub2000 articles. Specifically offset red dots. On imgur, I saw the perfect sub setup. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if he's on here, or if they know which specific offset mount he used for closed gun clearance. He's the only one I've seen running a micro small dot like I'd want to. Anyone know this exact riser that's offset? Or if the owner of the gun is a member here? I tried mounting a red dot to the top picitanny rail, but the rail has a "peak" in it instead of being complety level across the top to mount optics. I feel like this means it's best to mount it off the side, on my own offset rail. Here's his setup. I do NOT own the Rights to his pics. I'm trying to figure out if he's on this forum.

I can't answer your specific question, but If I wanted to try anything at all, it would be the Kinect MLOK™ Universal Offset Mount. That would allow you to keep it installed or remove/replace easily. I can't tell if it would allow you to keep it on and still fold the Sub2K. It depends on the sight.

I was just browsing for M-lok accessories and saw several versions of what this mount could be. Might have to give one a try with my TRS-25.
Here's a couple pics of what I started out with in 2015.

Gun Airsoft Shotgun Airsoft gun Trigger

Had to add a shim to get enough clearance to fold properly

Gun Firearm Trigger Airsoft Tire

Still needed to add a 1" riser to feel comfortable in use. The Magpul offset M-Lok is available in polymer & aluminum.
IMO, the metal one is best.
