When I upgraded my plastic guide rod on my P11 I picked up an extra metal guide rod for my P3AT. I have a little wear on mine and 2 corners are worn. I don't expect to replace it any time soon but the price was really good!

extrator
extractor spring
several extractor screws
firing pin
firing pin spring
magazine

probably should include;
take down pin
retaining spring
ejector
trigger spring
mag catch
mag catch spring
recoil springs

I will just order from KT the parts that are needed, when the need araises. Now, I have more than just one pistol, so I have a backup when needed.

That's what i do. Other than the mag catch problem with my pf9 i have'nt had one go down except after dropping my p11 and breaking the front sight off and the tip off the recoil guide rod, Got the new parts in like three days.
