I was reading an article in my local Indiana newspaper that talked about a hacker ring and how a lot of people may be out of internet service come July 9th. Your computer could be affected and show no signs to the user. A site sponsered by the FBI gives you a way to check your computer and info to help cure it. http://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2011/november/malware_110911 also check this http://www.dcwg.org . If this info helps just one person... then it was worth posting.

I had just heard a story on tv a few days ago about this very thing. Thanks for the link, I did check it out and my computer is fine...

Of course, I will likely also check out the other 6 computers in our household.
