I sent my PF9 HC slide and broken HC barrel in for warranty work. I called 3 months later to see what the hold up was. They were confused and couldn't find my slide and barrel. The service work had been completed on 5/3. They found my parts and I finally received them almost a month after the service work was completed. One very large problem. They sent a HC slide and a black barrel, not HC barrel. Oh crap. I have no way to prove I sent a HC barrel. I wait, worried, for their reply.
