I agree. I think a lightweight suppressor is the way to go with these.I’m curious which variant of RDB as well… the survival model’s barrel is so thin I can’t imagine it’d take the weight of a heavy suppressor well.
I've only shot my Survival with a Turbo K. The YHM Turbos are fairly high back pressure but I didn't get a lot of gas in the face. So I don't think a low back pressure at the expense of weight is the way to go here.
I use DA Xeno to mount mine. I've never put it on paper other to zero it with the can on. I don't ever plan to shoot it unsuppressed. But I did once remove the can to test POI shift unsuppressed on a 8" steel gong at 100y and was still hitting it fine.
