Just got done putting 60 rds thru with a tacfire 13/16 QD mt and a sightmark core shot pro spec red dot. Still couldnt zero, part of the tacfire mt fell off and the red dot itself seems not to line up w/the iron sights, beginning to think its the rail on the gun itself not being flat.

I am not sure of which thread it is in, but I will let you do the research on this site that addresses that issue. Yes, it is high centered due to the clam shell style for end. The best fix is to sand it down and buff it out to flatten it. Then your optic should sit square and maintain zero.
