Well this sucks , got my CA model Sunday and noticed the same no dust cover. Another member sent the link to this thread was going to call today. It was a good selling point and not sure why it's not offered anymore. I may still call them. Won't be able to shoot it until Weds. and wanted to be sure it was safe to.

ETA: Gave them a call and this is the norm , no more dust cover. I advised them to remove the picture of the CA model model showing one.

I just bought a brand new C model and there is no dust cover on mine. I checked on the website and the pics for the C model depicts no dust cover either.

Do you guys think that the lack of the dust cover could adversely affect the rifles operation in inclement weather conditions?

If it gets full of crap it might. I just bought one a few months ago and it has a cover.
