Alright, I have heard a lot of people talk about it on here, however have not heard it explained. What exactly is "Fluff and Buff". Is it just a really good cleaning or something more? Thank you...

Basically a Fluff & buff is a polish and smoothing of the normal wear surfaces to help speed up the "break in" process, not all guns need this. Is there a problem with your KT?

A dremel is not necessary. It is useful for final polishing with jeweler's rouge:
