after a visit to the rangr while cleaning my p3at i found a small crack on the left side of the frame rail. i thought it was a tiny burr i could feel . used 600 grit to smooth it out . no good. it appears to be a smoll crack . it looks like a small hole but after using visual aids to wit magnifing glass i think it is a crack. any body else have the thing and should i send it in or is it no big deal. sorry no pictures .

it is on the alunimum frame not the slidei have had this gun about 3 years and it was not there before. i can feel it with my finger nail . it is very small looks like a very tiny black dot on the frame, but with close inspection it appears about 64th of inch long.

my error this is a straight cut about 16th of inch long. looks like a cut not a crack. realy could not see it until frame wear started to show bare metal. will keep eye on it scince i dont think it is a crack will not send it in. never noticed it before but it must have come from the factory that way.
