im thinking about selling some swivel sling studs that i modified to work with the plr 16. think there is any market for these for around $10? they will screw into any of the screw slots on the gun.

Possibly, but need more info.

What are they made out of? What is the surface finish? Do you have a picture? It's tough to say whether I would spend $10 for something I know nothing about.

They are standard aluminum swivel sling studs rethreaded for 8/32. They will replace any screws on ur gun so u can put it wherever. It's anodized black I believe

I just got a cheap chinese knockoff of the magpul picatinny sling mount and single/double point sling for under 20$ for both from dealextreme.com they've had godawful problems getting orders processed, but they've apparently gotten a new fulfillment site up and running.

PLR-16 PLR-22 Sling Mount / Takedown

Really like mine & cheap to. Allows exact pull from center of gun when pulling fwd on foregrip. Very much unlike factory & others mentioned on this forum.

That's a great design idea you have there. You might want to make a bunch and list some for sale on gunbroker, etc. Will probably sell good...
