Have somewhere around a thousand rounds thru my p11 and have had no troubles till now. I clean it after every excursion to the range. Went out yesterday and it fired the first round and then would not fully seat the next round. Tried four different types of rounds, tried without and with a magazine, with no difference. Without a round in the chamber it will seat fully.
Even when not seating the extractor still grabs the round and when you slide it back it ejects the round, I have cleaned and lubed the gun at home and made sure all looks good. Still the same issue.

Have others had this issue and thoughts for a cure,

Just a shot in the dark... Could there be a part of a cartridge case stuck in the chamber? Heavy powder residue buildup in the chamber?

Have you ever replaced the recoil springs? They last a long time but not forever. My guess is that yours have worn and need replacing. See what else you need from KT and consolidate shipping cost.

wont seat

the casing is seating well but just noticed that the firing pin is not retracting and is fully extended. Will tear down more tonite and see if something is broken or stuck.
