Slide wear

Has anyone noticed wear on the rails of the slide where the barrel block fits in for assembly. The wear has ground down the slide rails. It has left burrs on all 4 of the assembly slots. Is this because of buffer wear? It's as if the barrel block is coming out of the slide when it ejects and is jammed back in when the slide goes back into battery, grinding off slide metal. Mine is a first series upgraded to the second series if that makes a difference. Also, it is well oiled. I've tried many different kinds and found the machine gunners lube to work the best for this little pistol.


I plan on sending it in to be fixed but wanted to see if this was common or not.
