Shot my friend's P-3AT yesterday. The gun shot well and had no problems, but I noticed the slide did not lock back after the last shot.

My P32 locks back, so I assumed the P-3AT would too. This is a new gun. Is there a problem or do they just not lock back?

Good or bad, they don't lock back! that's the design of the gun.

Yep, no slide stop. Ruger put one on their LCP but it is only manually operated, doesn't lock back after the last round.
