Is there a list or serial # range for the so-called recalled pmr30 serial #'s?

i am not aware of any particular serial number/range. Nor has a formal 'recall' been issued to my knowledge,

however, if you purchase as the original new owner of a PMR, you can send it in for free for ALL upgrades, and thus have a the equivelent of the latest production model.

Same here, I haven't heard of any recall from Kel Tec.
