Sent the P3AT back to KT today

    Well, I've had numerous issues with stove piping rds and finally got a chance to call KT during biz hours. I told the guy that I've had those issues and read about the polishing and buffing online, he said that won't cure stove piping. He just said send it back to us on UPS and we'll fix it up. The owners manual says to send it with a written letter and purchase verification. I wrote a letter telling them what it does and scanned the receipt from the gun store. It should get to them on Wed. I sure hope it gets back here soon and then maybe I can be one of those guys who says they love thier P3AT and it never fails. ;)

    u should have ask them for a UPS pickup, would have saved u some bucks..

    I wondered why I should be paying for this. Didn't know what to ask for before calling. I was afraid I'd have to ship it through a gun shop or something. That would have cost me plenty. I think I spent around $13 to ship with $300 insurance.
