Had a loose collar I couldn't get to thread back on. Also wanted them to check the breach face. Looks like it's getting peened by the bolt. Great customer service over the phone.
I did ask them in the description of the issues if they could be so kind as to install the newer plastic trigger they have. If they can't, no issue, I'll upgrade mine. I just don't look forward to breaking open this gun.
They received it Friday so I'll bug them mid week to get an estimated time on the work.
Obviously I need a second Sub2k so I'm never without one!

Just sent my sub 2000 gen 2 back last week after having it for a week and about 100 rounds due to loose barrel. Called today and told 6 to 8 weeks. Hope you are correct on month turn a round
1 month was the average, but it sounds like quite a few have been returned recently so the 6 to 8 weeks is probably realistic.

Got it back today

4 weeks to the day they received it. I sent it back for a loose collar and marring of the breach face from the bolt. I also asked them if they could replace the trigger with the newer stock trigger.
Their service sheet shows Collar re-loctite/tightened but no mention of the breach face. I guess this means it's not an issue I need to worry about? No new trigger either, but I was reaching on that. The stock trigger is working fine. I just know one day I'm going to want to upgrade the trigger and was trying to avoid opening the gun.
I'll take it out and run it tomorrow or Sunday.

Andy - Yea, I want to upgrade my Gen 2 with the Performance trigger and it looks like a simple fix. What scares me is that those simple fixes can quickly turn into a nightmare and cost a bundle for a gunsmith to repair. I hate the thought of opening my gun also. Think I'll bite the bullet and just have a gunsmith do it for me.
