This applies to both my RFB and RDB, but this forum seems more active so I'm putting it here.

I have fairly normal AR scope mounts on them right now (a PEPR and an Aero Precision Extended: http://aeroprecisionusa.com/ultralight-30mm-scope-mount.html ). I'm used to needing my face pushed down on the stock reasonably, but the rail on the Keltecs seems to be higher than the rail on ARs.

Any suggestions for a mount? 30mm, doesn't need to be QD, doesn't need any cantilever etc - there's plenty of space to push a scope far enough forward, unlike an AR. I'd rather not have to push my face down as much as stock Sub2000 sights, but normal AR irons are reasonable. All of these are running scopes with fairly small lenses, currently I can stick my finger between the eyepiece (the biggest part) and the rail on both of them.

I run an American Defense AD-Recon-S on my FAL. That's as low as I could go without objective bell interference with the rail. They have a few that go even lower than that.

i'm using a warne xskel30 gen2 mount which is pretty nice. i'm in the rdb photo thread to see it. the height is 1.435"...i bought the 30mm as i'm using a vortex strike eagle 1-6x.

although the vortex crossfire II 3-12 vbrite is the scope i wish i'd gotten instead of the strike eagle 1-6x. nothing against the strike eagle but i still strain a little at 100yds. this 3-12 would've been perfect.

Aero says theirs are 1.5" so I'd like something a little lower than that... I'm not sure exactly how much lower, though. I will say that the Aero mount feels better than the PEPR (which is 1.6"), so 1.435" is probably pretty good.
