Hey all. I have a Gen 1 S2K, 40sw (glock) and I am having some issues.
Did the Red Lion Forend upgrade and changed the front sight. I am part of the military's expeditionary forces, so I know how to sight in a rifle.

My issue: At 100yds, I can hit a 24x36 man shaped steel with the Eotech on the S2K. I cannot, however get the irons adjusted in such a way that I can hit. I always end up having to hold up to 6 inches right or left. It is completely illogical to think that the Eotech can be sighted perfectly but the irons cannot.

Please help?

Also a laser bore sight to set the front sight.
That sight can be a little tricky to get set just right.
It took more than one attempt to get mine set perfectly. But once I did, I thread locked it. Been true ever since.

Check your rear sight and see if it is crooked.

My Gen2 plastic rear sight is warped. It's crappy cheap plastic and it bends to the right. So Keltec mounted my front sight to be equally crooked, leaning to the right.

It shoots fine that way. But when I tried to straighten the front sight it simply could not be adjusted properly.

If one sight is crooked, they both need to be crooked.

When I replace the rear with a nice machined aluminum unit that i know is straight, then I will straighten the front one...
