Since I never could find anyone stocking the handguard or quad rail I came up with this solution to mount a bipod.
Hopefully someone else find this useful.

I used a Harris HB3 bipod adapter $14.

Used a Dremel to shorten the threaded post and cut of one of the ends so that I could use the second front handguard hole. (Full length would have fit in the center hole)

I did a similar thing some time ago but didn't use a Harris HB3 to get it done.

I used a plain threaded stud, some fender washers, and a #10 hex nut.

I also used some #10 flat washers of the proper OD to completely fill the hole in the forearm to prevent any lateral movement and to prevent crushing the forearm and subsequent loosening of the assembly.

@gderf cool, looks like sand_man_56 also beat me on the HB3 use
I got the HB3 wedged in there front edge to stud back so no lateral movement.
