Is it my computer, AOL, or the KTOG board?

I had four paragraphs ready to go in RSVP to a Galco question on the P3AT board, and before I could hit Post, the screen timed out and I lost all my thoughts.

Dang - what a waste of time. BTW, not the first time this has happened.

    THX for any suggestions.

Try typing manifestos ( ;D) in Notepad or MS Word first, then copy/paste them to the reply window. If you get the "too long" message, you still have the original post on your computer.

Make sure to "preview" and see if the spacing is right after pasting. I try to highlight, then right-click/copy all my posts before I hit "post" as sometimes things go wrong. You can always just paste them back in the window afterward if it is too long, delete the bottom half, post the first half, then repeat the process and delete the part you have already posted. I hope this makes sense...
