I replaced my plastic trigger with the Red Lion Metal trigger. I had hoped that this metal trigger would also somewhat improve the trigger pull.

However the amount of force required to shoot the rifle has not changed.

Is it now time to replace springs?

Just the hammer spring? Or both hammer spring and trigger spring?

Thanks

I had wanted the red lion trigger before. But then performanceservicesmachining.com came out with their triggers. I bought the skeletonized version with mcarbo spring. It totally changed the trigger pull and feel of the trigger. I wanted red lions trigger when they had their triggers anodized red. But like the smaller profile of the skeletonized trigger. And price was cheaper then red lion triggers after they brought them back. I never got to try the red lion trigger to compare.
