Appears to have the needed improvements.
Action spring housing weld, ejector pin, and it appears the take down pins may have guards to prevent burns.

Let's show off the hardware. Yes, I later realized the but pad was slipping. I took it off.
It just snags on stuff. The magazine, hand stop and rail covers are Magpul.

I noticed the firing pin retaining pin O-ring got shaved upon assembly. Is this is problem?

take down pins haven't changed...at least in comparison with what you posted. the action spring housing weld is definitely neater than mine.

could you post a photo of the entire bolt assembly group?

My retaining pin O-ring had a little "crack" in it along the perimeter. Was perfectly functional (a.k.a. cosmetic only) but I contacted Kel-Tec and they fired off an envelope with 3 free replacements anyway.

Yep. Looks like Keltec did those updates a good bit ago maybe. My is Z0QXX serial born 3/16/17 that has all that.

I was actually quite surprised how hefty the bolt actually weights compared to an AR bolt. I don't know what steel they used but it is dense/heavy.

yeah the new bolt finish is definitely different. and looking at the photo the bolt carrier assembly and action spring housing seem to use the current process and updated finish or materials.

definitely looks like an improvement. was hoping iamscottasus would snap a photo of the entire bolt assembly group...the action housing etc...to compare with mine.

The only problem with Frog Lube is it doesn't like cold weather.

Slip2000 EWL is all I use. I have yet to see it gum up, where I've seen FrogLube do that in Missouri weather (usually around 30 degrees) as well as Milcomm TW25 on heavy wear areas.
