Now that I have the RDB in my hot little hands it looks like it would be easy for someone to make a grip plug for the bottom of the grip to use that space for storage.

I did some quick measurements and the cavities in both the AR A2 grip and the RDB grip are similar. The AR is rounded and the RDB is rectangular but the length and width of each are close to each other.

So, anyone have an AR grip plug they can shove into the RDB to see how it fits? It should fit good but the ends won't be water tight because of the sharp corners of the RDB. Someone please give it a try.

Just for the heck of it, bought a ERGO #4935 A2 grip plug, and it fit my RDB. Not bad for $15.00 off eBay.

Good enough and can find them as low as $8 shipped instead of the Kel Tec specific ones for $28.

It could have been better but this is just sticking it in. No modifications. The CDS for the RFD was nice but at a cost of $25.OO.

I do not like the bottom, if sighting in the bottom will not fit flat, I like my $12 one I found to fit.
