Shooting the Kel-Tec Sub2000 Gen 2 with Midwest Industries, Inc. optic mount in USPSA Pistol Caliber Carbine Division.

The video shows stages 1-4. But I started stage 3 then shot stage 4. The optic mount vibrated loose on stage 4. I tightened it and rezeroed before shooting stage 1 and 2.

Awesome!

Can you also mount a camera to the gun and publish a split screen video?

I hope MI comments on the trouble you encountered.

.
I could but what would be the point?

Anyway I have already emailed my contact at MI to let him know. I am not worried about about it. I am just waiting on confirmation if I can use red loctite on the pivot screw. When tightened down, there is still play to swivel the optic.

I would try some blue Loc-tite first. That screw shouldn't be exposed to any heat and blue is considered plenty strong for simple anti-vibration use. Red on that small a fastener may mean sacrificing the screw if you ever need to take the mount apart. Looks good. Fast times. I haven't competed for years and I was never that fast between shots.

I did use the Space ModulatOr after everybody had already finished for the day in my last year competing. It was really fun to run a stage that way. Enough so that several other competitors tried it out after they watched me do it. But we were running strictly handgun stuff back then.

I started shooting USPSA when I was in NY waiting for my pistol permit. I shot it with my KRISS Vector carbine. I wasnt very good with handgun but I was ok with carbine. Now that I have been shooting a bit in he past 4 years, I am ok.

Now that USPSA has a Pistol Carbine division I have been trying out different pistol carbines. I even ran my Sterling MK4 carbine.
