Quoting Multiple Posts

    Why is it when you quote multiple posts the window keeps bouncing around and you can't see what you typed unless you stop and scroll down? Come on guys, this is the '80's. Let's get up to speed with the rest of the world ;)

    Actually, I've had the same experience. I think whenever the text block is full, if you keep typing, your new text is below the visible window. If you scroll down to see the current line of text you are typing, as soon as you hit the next keystroke the text window re-scrolls back up to the top of the original text. It is more an anoyance than anything. You can keep typing, you just don't see in the text window what you're typing in real time (once your text exceeds the height of the text window). Does what I wrote make sense?

    There was a thread about this a few months ago...several pf us were having the same problem.

    .It's a glitch in IE8...I went back to IE7 and no more problems.

    That explains why I have no idea what they are talking about. I too use IE7 or MF.
