PMR Threaded Barrel with Flash Reducer (PMR30-505)

I decided this would be a practical upgrade for the following reasons.

1. The 5.0" barrel will generate more than 100 fps velocity than the standard 4.3" barrel.
2. The PMR-30 fireball flash looks cool, but I prefer a flash hider.
3. The proprietary lightweight K-T flash reducer makes the weapon scarier looking.

I'll swap barrels before shooting my new pistol... keep the original as a spare.

I have one also, but use without the flash hider. I added the Tandemkross nut instead. The barrel is available from Kel-Tec.

Has anyone noticed any cycling issues, better, worse, no difference with the 505 barrel? Also any difference with or without the flash suppressor attached.

None at my end. No problem with either, but now I just use the 505...

My 505 barrel is more accurate than the stock barrel with CCI 40 grain ammo. My older one keyholes with this ammo and the older stock barrel. It shoots other ammo well. I haven't tried my new PMR-30 with 40 grain CCI.
