Go with a flash hider instead. A muzzle break really isn't needed on a SU-22. Muzzle rise is nothing really. The flash hider covers looks and function. It works well too.
I use one on my PLR-16 and it directs the blast downrange. It's not designed to be a silencer, but it's also designed for 5.56 NATO. I have an extra one that I plan to try on my SU-22. It probably won't reduce total noise, but will quieten it from the shooter's position.
