I purchased my P3AT only slightly used and the slide is pitted. Other than buying a new slide, is there a way to fix it cosmetically? It doesn't hurt the functioning of the pistol, but I would like for it to look better. Any ideas?
Thanks for the detailed info. Although I'd like to get my gun looking better, it doesn't sound like a job I want to tackle. It's impressive what some of you guys have the patience to do. I may research people that do this kind of thing and contract out any work that needs to be done when it bothers me enough to spend some more money. Thanks for the help, it was very interesting.
