I CCW my PF9. But my nightstand pistol is my P11. I'd like the option to add a laser or light using a rail. Has anybody tried to add one? I see a 1911 add on rail on eBay that clamps on the trigger guard like some lasers do. Also on eBay I found a short plastic rail made for airsoft that should be useable for modification. Likely need to build up the front area of the grip frame to level out the area to add the rail, I'm thinking fiberglass. If I do, will post pics.
If I do, I'd only be out one Fobus holster
I think I might be able to reshape my kydex P11 holster.

Someone made one for a SCCY. I have the makings for one, but the guns were recently stolen.

I do not know why KelTec does not come out with a new plastic grip with a picatinny rail on the P11. I think it would breath new life into their sales. I'd consider buying a new P11 replacement grip for that alone.
