Kel Tec makes an extended 8 round clip. I just bought one recently. Also, they make an extension that can be added to the stock 7 round clip to make it 8 rounds. I found them here:

you can get a 8 round mag and/or a extension. for sights the pf9 is not a range gun but it is a carry gun, so it does not need great sight for it to do it's job.

The Kel Tec store on KTs website also has the extensions and extended mags.

Kel Tec currently has extra mags available plus they also have a sight adjustment kit if that might help get things headed in the right direction.

Job Bob Outfitters had extra mags available a couple of days ago...
