    Hypotetical situation...
Sole BG with .45 is 5-6 yds away robbing your bank and it's patrons. He hasn't gotten to you yet. You have your hand on your P3AT in your pocket, with a full clip +1. You are a reasonably good shot at the range, consistently keeping all your rounds within 8" at rapid fire at 5 yds.

Because he is distracted and facing 90 degrees from you, you are sure you can get 1 or 2 shots into him before he reacts.

    1) Do you think you could put enough .380 rounds into him to keep him from turning on you and shooting you?
    2) If you decide to attack, where would you plan to shoot him?
    3) Would you move as you fire, and if so, how?

As a newbie to KTOG we'll cut you some slack. These type of "hypotheticals" are actively discouraged as they are likely to lead to people saying things that they would greatly regret in the future should they ever be forced to use their weapons and, well, quite honestly anything that people say they would do is nothing more than a guess because you don't know what you would do until you are there.

Yes, thinking through scenarios can be helpful, but it is best done within your own head. Just a recommendation.

Someone would likely get killed or wounded - any number of the bank customers/employees, you and the robber. Unless it looks like he's going to shoot someone, keep it in your pocket.

Good advice, I think, and a good note to end this on.
