After fluff and buff, 150 rounds of varius high quality ammo my P3at still only about 70%. Not good enough to ever carry! So I sent it back to Keltec. I will post the outcome wnen it happens.

I speak from recent personal experience - travelling is a pain!  I hope your little friend comes back more well rested and better off than I did.  Its hard to be without a friend for a while, even if they are visiting momma.

What exactly was it doing... or not doing?

Mostly FTE, sometimes brass will stick completly in the chamber, sometimes it will make out but not clear the slide. once in a while the cartridge will not feed properly, not go all the way into the chamber. Any way I tried everything suggested on this site, including new recoil springs before I gave up. On average I had about 1 failure per Mag

P3AT sent back home
I know it’s sad to be without your friend but at least it’s only $10 or less to send it home. I never include the magazine as it helps at UPS weigh in time, plus Kel-Tec occasionally sends me back an extra magazine. I don’t know if this is by accident or to offset my shipping cost but it is a nice surprise when it happens

Wilson – who’s easily amused
