If you have a P11 and have not put a trigger shoe on yet, do it trust me. It really shortens the pull and makes the break a lot better. My accuracy really improved at the range to. Because it's all about trigger control and with the really long heavy and far back factory break the trigger shoe is a world of difference.

Thanks, Ill have to try that. That happened to me my second time at the range. The trigger shoe came loose and thats when I realized how great the trigger shoe is compared to the regular trigger. I ordered some locktite hoping that will keep it from coming off.

It won't. They just don't want to stay in place...way too many reports over the years about this problem. We usually suggest shrink wrap tubing over the trigger instead. Or, install an aftermarket trigger.

The triggers shoes just won't work as intended.

I found that before you install the shoe, if you take a small bit and drill about 1/32" into the trigger then install the shoe, the shoe won't work loose.
I've seen lots of reports that this works.

Also, look here. The very last line is an easy solution, but it is permanent, so you need to open up the grip so the trigger assembly can be removed if necessary.

Not to disagree with the experts here, but mine worked as intended.
I put it on shortly after I bought the P11.
Used blue Locktite, and filed off the pointy corners.
I like the feel, and so does my index finger.:)
I have put through hundreds of rounds with the shoe.
I find no need for a different trigger mechanism.
