    Hello,

I read the sticky in this forum but when I visited another forum that was linked from here, they said that the 1st and 2nd generation pistols in the picture were switched. http://www.ktog.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1118894836/0

So, which is which? Which one is better?
I might swap my Hi-Point 995 for one and I'd really like to know what I'm getting. :-/

    Thanks,
    Al

if the extractor is held in with a button head screw, that is a 2G
the pics and discriptions seem correct to me

Thank you for the reply. Is one better than the other?

Both the 1g and the 2g will have that long trigger pull like the P32.

The 1G appleal to me, but It is a personnal thing. i have a 2g

Second Gen seems like it needs much less break-in out of the box.

I have a 2nd Gen. and it fired perfect right from the start.

2x 2g here and zero problems other than the feed ramp needing a little polishing. now 100%
