Of the few FTF's I have had, after reloading the cartridge it fires. I do notice that the firing pin is way off center and may be striking the primer between the "legs" of the anvil. Different ammo has harder and softer primers and this may be a problem too. I have a Gen 1 and was wondering if the newer models still have the off set striker. I may have to try Winchester bullets because their primers are softer than some others.

Offset primer strikes are pretty common on the Sub. Radically offset, not so much. I'd call Kel-tec and see if they'll send you a replacement front bolt half.
