Hi,

I recently ordered new burnt bronze KSG. Hopefully it'll be in couple of weeks. What is highly recommended upgrade for it. I would like to see a picture of completed upgrade to give me ideas of what I would like to do with it. Anyone with burnt bronze KSG?

Depends on if you want a toy? Or a combat shotgun?

Go to the main page and look at the picture thread, pages and pages of pictures with every trick that you can think of to help you decide from crazy paint jobs to optics costing twice the KSG... Nice color you've selected!

IMHO other than sights and a afg or vfg, metal underrail if veg is used. Nothing, get familiar with the weapon, buy a bunch of shells and shoot the dang thing before deciding you have to add do dad's, trinkets or gizmos.

I use a AFG, it works well and I like the longer point of contact. If you get a VFG get the Mag Pul, it's a short set up with decent contact point.......I would still get the aluminum rail for extra insurance. My gun has a eotech 512 on it. It works well but am considering the See All M2 as it is a simpler setup. Less than $100 and a couple of the KSG guys on here have good things to say about them.

To me just looking at it and knowing nothing about it. It looks like a plastic tab that's going to fit in between the plastic tabs. Your confidence, your hand, your choice. It does have a good look though.

Couldn't tell about those grips. Mag pul grips work and they are reasonably priced for a QUALITY product. You want a vfg.......Id get this, I have found zero complaints on these,

Ok you want a light, no need to have it mounted in the vfg, consider getting something like this

With this you can up grade to a better light as technology improves or replace a damaged one.
I still strongly suggest you put the aluminum under rail on. The grip is not what fails it's the plastic picitinny rail that lets go. The KSG DEMANDS vigorous pumping to operate creating a lot of stress on a small plastic lip. How many have failed? No way to know as we only hear about the ones that have resulted in grave injury. Your money $40 vs left hand. Cheap insurance but we all have our priorities
