The new M&P Compact 2.0 9mm is comming out soon. I saw that they have a new 15 round magazine (3008590) for it. Wonder if this new 15 round magazine will fit the M&P Sub 2000 like the original 15 round magazine (3000247)?

Again, the 15-round magazine is shorter than the 17-round mag. The grip is sized for a 17-round mag. The only way it will fit is if you chop down the grip of your Sub2000 (a-la the common "grip reduction mod" on a Glock or whatever else), which would be kinda silly, IMO. The new M2.0 Compact comes with sleeve adapters so you can poke 17-round mags into the pistol. So, if you've already got an M&P mag-sized Sub2000, then you likely already have at least one 17-round mag for it, so why not just use those in your M2.0 Compact as well? Not seeing any real benefit to REDUCING the capacity of your carbine by forcing it to accept 15-round mags.

Makes sense, I'll stick with the 17 round and 32 round Pmags. Also the full size M&P 15 round mags will fit (Colorado).
