What a great and informative site !! I recently bought a new 2 gen. P3AT and have already done the fluff and buff treatment to it, as well as putting a Hogue Jr. on it and a neon orange dot where the so-called front site is. Its like a different gun already and I havent even fired it yet. This is my 3rd gun right now, along side my XD45 and Ruger SP-101 357. Great pocket piece. :)

These are the easiest .380's on the market to carry!
    Be careful though....

    Kel-Tec's tend to multiply!
    I started out with a P32, then a P11, then a P40, then a Sub2K, then another P11 (just in case), Then a PLR....

    You get the idea...

    Good luck and God Bless!!!

Thanks for the welcome. I'm wearing it in an Uncle Mikes #1 right now and seems to work well. I was going to buy a Nemesis but then came across this one at the range so I bought it. By the way, I do have my CCW license so I'm legal carrying.

PS- Anybody see how much the suggested retail is on the 3AT's at the Keltec website ??!! Who are they kidding ?
  4. Welcome to KTOG gooseneck..

Shoot that beast then give us a report!

    And heed Doc's Warning:

Let see... One 3AT, then another, then the SUB2K in Glock 40 (Swapped to fellow KTOGER),then another 3AT then a P11, then the P11\P40 Conversion.

Hmmmm... What next?    Oh I know... a 1st gen 3AT!

    And suggested retail?
    Blued Finish  $ 324.00
    Parkerized Finish  $ 366.00
    Hard Chrome Finish  $ 382.00

I never paid more than $250 for a Blued, but did pay a tad more than $300 for a hard chrome.

Paid a bit to much for the S2K

Stole the P11 NIB less than $200  (KT MSRP Blued Finish  $ 333.00)

    The little breeders:

yup, they sure do multiply. got a P11, .40 conversion that's still waiting for it's own frame, then a 3AT... and now they've got .22's coming out, probably wind up with one of those at some point. maybe a PF9 someday, or maybe a subbie........

    you see how it goes...
  6. What ? Did I fall asleep on this one Spence?

I usually stay close to the P3AT Thread and the trading post.

Where di you hear about a KT .22?

um, dude, check out the SU22 and PLR22 forums on the index page!!! i haven't visited in a while, but think the SU22 looks interesting.
  8. Spence... I just got a peak at them on the forum.

I dunno..... I am more of a hand gunner than rifles etc (see above post about swapping my S2K) ... they pics and the idea just did not get my juices going!

I was maybe hoping for a 3AT style to be able to practice cheaper than buying .380.

I dunno though... maybe after I see one and get to hold it..... ;D

NAS - if KT made a P11 size .22 i'd buy it in a heartbeat. i've come to realize that i need a cheap autoloader cos this 9mm thru .45 practice is EXPENSIVE. i dread running out of .45.

and i like rifles, especially my M1A, but even the cheapest .308 and .223 aren't cheap anymore. yuck. so i'm down with one, when the bank allows it. except i fear it will only get WORSE after the wedding as she likes guns just as much as i do and comes from one of them socialist kommunist states...
