Got a bright new silver Duracoat on my P380, paid $50 and am pretty well satisfied.
Does this improve the value of the weapon?

Yes, I'm working on it- only one question, which photo-posting outfit works best here, er, which seems most popular, um, surely you can't tell I'm stalling....
I did just take a few snaps and saved them...
Yes, and I admit I was once, how shall we say, no pun unintended, the 'butt' of some of those indefensible 'upgrade to the next century Forrest' arguments.
    OTTF! ;D

    That's very purty!!!

I'd pay more for that than a standard blued version, but not as much as for real hard chromed version.

I am interested in seeing how it will wear.
I lives in a RL Polo Sport 'manbag'- NOT a 'fanny pack'. ;)
This pistol used to be parkerized but the Kydex pocket holster wore it off in certain places.
I think I paid $300 three or so years ago- they were rare out here in Odessa- so I figured $50 wouldn't be out of the question. I think I got a pretty good deal.
I would like to keep it in a black K&D 2 in 1 pocket holster- wonder how duracoat stands up to leather?
