Leaving to get my 1st Kel-Tec (SUB2K Mk. II) from my favorite transfer dealer, and thinking about improvisations before helping M-Carbo buy a new boat.

I was thinking about using a pool noodle w/ thin ziplock ties to cover the blade like stock end.

What have folks used for that and the stock tube?

I literally went out and bought a length of self adhesive pipe insulation similar to this stuff. Cut it down to fit. Works exceedingly well at absorbing recoil. Doesn't look half bad either.
