Hi guys, new to the forum. This is my first Kel-Tec and I'm really enjoying it. Only has about 200 rounds through it (CCI sv 40gr and SK standard plus 40gr) and ran 100% with both. So far, I haven't had the first round hang up issue on a full mag some people report. I'm curious if anyone else with a CP33 could share their experiences or observations regarding durability and reliability, I'd appreciate it! View attachment 54916 View attachment 54918

Don't fret. Shoot it and keep it clean and lubed and it'll run like a top.

Shoot it. When it gets dirty enough to slow down, clean it and shoot it some more.

I mostly shoot mine in steel challenge matches, 8 of them so far. I'm guessing I have around 2500 rounds through it. Had one mag replaced for feed lip cracking and the bolt assembly was replaced because the buffer bulged and cracked around the rubber inserts. FWIW, neither issue caused a failure I just noticed during cleaning. KT warranty service was excellent.
