And in what configuration should a handle/trigger be in to not be a copy of someone else? I see a number of drop in triggers for my AR that all look the same as everyone elses. Is Magpul just a copier because they came out with Glock Mags? Mcarbo is responding to what the S2K owner is asking for, as are others. Mcarbo supports veterens, as do others, and I don't believe Chris is out to just copy and cash in. For those involved, to see the analysis and development of products that they do is impressive.

You're probably right. There's only so many ways you can make some things...it's bound to look like someone else's product.

Unless the first one was trademarked or something....free market.

I don't see that anywhere on their web site.
If you are referring to my comment of "the analysis and development" of Mcarbo products, I was referring to the "behind the scenes" access Mcarbo offers to those that have purchased products from their website. Chris has a special area, like many websites, that is essentially a "Members Only" kind of thing. It is there you can see the development of new products, from the design stage, thru 3D printing, trials, and final manufacturing, before the item is released to the public. He also runs pre-sale specials to those members.

KT9mm, I meant that I didn't see the handle on their web site. It wasn't in the Sub2000 section, I tried a couple searches and didn't find it either. I now see it on the front page, as well as in the Sub2000 section.

Cool. As indicated, many knew of it since Mcarbo does an early announcement and release to previous customers, as do other manufacturers, so many items do get discussed from many suppliers before public release. Mine is to be delivered yet today. It will be interesting to see how it affects the bolt operation, ammo grain selection, etc.

Mcarbo is dipped in rubber which is a nice touch (if it holds up to use)

Twisted Ind. does have a stainless steel option for the same price.

Only other difference I see is the center rise, Mcarbo has a sharp rise like an overmolded finger grip while TI has a wider but shallower rise.
