Does anybody know if the Beretta magazine catch S2K-205BER MAG CATCH KIT that is listed on the KT website is compatible with the Gen 1?

I emailed them asking if there was a Sig mag catch available for the Gen1 and they sent me one free of charge. It said it was for Gen2. I asked them and they said they're compatible.
