First, I've never has a problem with my 2nd Gen P3AT or my 1st Gen P32 before now but twice in the last 2 weeks I've found my mag had released in the Uncle Mikes size 1 pocket holster on my P.380. It was not out but I noticed it felt different in my hand and I was able to remove the mag without touching the release. I know it's a plastic release holding a metal mag and I've have from day one pressed and held the release when inserting a mag and held the mag up before pushing the release when removing a mag to keep those two pieces from rubbing other then the mag resting against the release when carrying.

Might just need to check it more often but I don't want a single shot if I ever need the thing. Anyone else had this issue before?

Seen it many times. The usual fix is to file the mag release button down a bit. It seems to work.

I will do that. I assume it's not hollow I have noticed it seems too far out since the other side seems too far in. Thanks haugrdr.
