Takedown used to be a pain, mostly because the gas tube tab used to catch and scrape inside the receiver. Here was my fix.

Now you tell me, my green SU-16 charlie model is off to Kel-Tec for warranty work because of this kind of jamb. It is also too tight on aluminum AR-15 magazines but that's another problem. That knocking sound you hear is me waiting the 8 week turn around time because of the back up in Kel-Tec's warranty work.
