Can I lub moving parts with a teflon spray? After I wire brush the inside of the barrel, should I lub it with something?

These little guys like grease on the slide rails and the bar in the middle of the slide that the hammer rides on. For the rest of it the teflon spray will be just fine. I like to leave a thin film inside my barrel, thin being the operative word.
