I posted pic of my bad slide crack months ago. Kel-Tec made it right by replacing the slide and looks like the barrel, along with a feed ramp polish job that looked great.

Forward months, after 6 months of battling pneumonia, I went out and shot it, only to have a jam fest. Only ended up getting about 30 rounds down range. mostly FTE. Tough to get out. Drop the mag, pry, poke... get it out, only to have it happen the next mag.

After dis-assembly, there are serious marks on the part of the gun that the barrel interfaces with that has kind of 'lips' Marks are on the inside area, directly opposite of the end of the slide grooves. I will try to take pics tonight. Doing a slight buff and trying again, but that is a lot of wear for 30 rounds. It can be felt and finish is all gone.

PS **Oh yeah, after putting it back together, the slide will not go all the way back until you slightly push the barrel assy down. It was not that way before.

Pushing the barrel assy down IS a necessary part of reassembly.
