At Home Depot you can get the Red 271 and the Blue 242. Can anyone recommend a retailer who sells the Loctite solvent?

I don't know of any place locally around here.

Loctite solvent contains Tuloul & Nitro Methane.

MEK, acetone, or methylene chloride can used.

You can try fingernail polish remover.

You could try super-glue debonder from any hobby shop.

But in the end nothing works real well except heat, and picking it off after you smoke it out of the threads.
